Accomplishments

  • We are helping managers understand and implement a performance management system, which provides better feedback to Project Engineers. We are also coaching the engineers on ‘fierce conversations’ and teamwork to increase accountability and improve customer satisfaction with on-time and in-budget completion of multi-million dollar projects.
  • We are working to design a leadership program and management system that can be used to standardize the business management of Dental Practices to lower overhead costs and increase efficiency. This model is contributing to the expansion of their management model across several practices.
  • We coached and consulted with the CEO and Executive Team of an oilfield services client during restructuring, a merger integration period, and CEO transitions.
  • We are helping IT teams work better together and with their customers; also helping them adjust to their recent acquisition.
  • We are helping a dental clinic expand its services in several different communities.
  • We are helping a child guidance center plan its future.
  • Over a seven-year period, we designed a series of leadership meetings for top leaders, with the purpose of addressing significant business and cultural issues.
  • We consulted to the CEO and executive team on organization development strategy.  Provided implementation support in the areas of visioning, communication, teambuilding, and culture change.
  • We assessed communication effectiveness using the SAVI® communications methodology and provided training and feedback to support future effectiveness.
  • We developed greater cohesiveness and cooperation in the energy trading teams, so that they could better cover for each other on the trading floor. Also helped develop a more streamlined accounting system, where the accountants supported each other to get the job done by the end of each day.
  • We helped the staff learn and implement the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People as the foundation for their organizational culture.
  • We worked with a non-profit religious group to build their business plan and market their services. With this help, they have become recognized for their active community work, which has improved their development program.
  • We focused on helping the staff understand the importance of Working Capital as part of their in-service training program.
  • We directed the employee engagement program as an internal consultant for a company of over 10,000 employees.
  • We developed training strategies to address significant business issues such as fraud and cultural conflict.
  • To assist with teambuilding, we have conducted 100’s of team and leader assessments using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
  • We assessed barriers to growth, specifically related to organization culture and climate, and developed action plans to overcome barriers.
  • We provided change management support to technology implementation projects.
  • We helped a large global organization overcome ‘culture bumps’ integrating different ethnic groups.
