  • Relationship building with the client.  We role model how we want people to comm/interact with each other
  • We typically work with L1 level to help them be the best leaders they can be for the rest of the organization.  Changes at this level have an influence on the entire organization, and ultimately to the customer’s experience.
  • We view organizations as dynamic systems.  A change in one part of the organization will impact other parts of the organization and the system as a whole.
  • We believe that different ideas generate potential for growth and opportunities for individual and team development.  Without new ideas, organizations grow stagnant.
  • The ability to communicate effectively enhances problem solving and the ability to manage conflict.
