Action Research

  • The bottom line for People-People is to recommend and support those changes which will improve the effectiveness of the organization and its success in the market place.
  • Before any action can and should be taken, there must be a clear and agreed-upon understanding of the issues/concerns/problems that may exist.
  • A course of action is recommended and supported during its implementation with key measurements identified to demonstrate success. Ongoing feedback from the measurements will result in correction and further improvements.
  • Obtaining the desired results from these key measurements is the ultimate goal of the action model.
